Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager to lead the store with proven restaurant leadership. You will oversee operations, ensure food safety, manage a team, and drive sales while maintaining high customer service standards.

The role requires prior management experience, a valid driver's license, and a high school diploma or equivalent. You will be responsible for P&L, cost controls and staff development to achieve goals and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management role or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience required.
• P&L, food cost and labor experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High School education or equivalent required.
• Ability to lead by example and drive accountability.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Store Operations and drive results including cost controls, inventory, image standards, cleanliness, attendance and punctuality.
• Recruit, develop and retain shop staff.
• Oversee food safety and team member safety programs.
• Provide best in class customer service.
• Increase sales and profit potential.
