Domino's Team BAM! seeks a General Manager with proven restaurant leadership to run our store efficiently, serve customers, and support team members.

You will oversee store operations, control costs, manage staff, ensure food safety, and drive sales and profitability while maintaining brand standards.

This role requires prior management or similar experience, strong communication, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in a management role or similar (required).
• Customer service experience (required).
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license (required).
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost and labor.
• Strong math skills for quick calculations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage Store Operations and Drive Results including cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance and punctuality.
• Recruit, develop, and retain staff team members.
