Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant/retail/guest service management experience or equivalent education.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to work full-time including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store performance, drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Ensure staffing for upcoming shifts and maintain up-to-date schedules.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team; enforce policies and safety standards.
• Manage inventory, budgets, and cash flow; analyze trends and adjust as needed.
