Qualifications

• Full-time availability (roughly 47 hours/week) including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to learn new systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a fully staffed, well-scheduled store with active bench planning and staff development.
• Build and maintain a high-performing team through goal setting, accountability, and recognition.
• Oversee training and onboarding of team members, ensuring policy compliance and safe operations.
• Drive guest satisfaction through exceptional service and continuous improvement.
