Responsibilities

• Ensures a pleasant shopping experience for all customers and responds to inquiries.
• Supervises day-to-day task assignment and performance of team associates.
• Manages matters relating to associates and the store team — recruitment, hiring, training, coaching and performance management.
• Plans and prepares work schedules and coordinates daily assignments of associates.
• Ensures accuracy of employee time keeping and payroll reporting.
• Keeps up with city, county and state regulations including age-verification for restricted sales.
• Enforces safety, security, quality, and store operations policies and procedures.
• Processes store invoices daily and prepares daily deposits.
• Completes daily paperwork and store reports.
• Conducts periodic store inventories.
• Maintains a clean, well-stocked store and ensures profitability.
