• Supervise day-to-day task assignment and performance of team members.
• Manage recruiting, hiring, training, coaching and performance management.
• Ensure accuracy of employee time keeping and payroll reporting.
• Plan work schedules and coordinate daily assignments and activities.
• Adhere to all city, county, and state regulations.
• Ensure standards on food preparation and handling.
• Execute established safety, security, quality, and store operations policies and practices.
• Prepare daily deposit and complete daily paperwork and reports.
• Conduct periodic inventories.
• Maintain a clean restaurant at all times.
• Ensure profitability.
• Avoid conflicts of interest and outside employment.
• Perform duties of a typical restaurant team member when needed.
