• Plans work schedules and coordinates daily assignments for associates.
• Ensures accuracy of timekeeping and payroll reporting.
• Verifies age with a valid I.D. for age-restricted sales as required by law.
• Maintains safety, security, quality, and store operations policies and procedures.
• Processes store invoices and prepares daily deposits and reports.
• Conducts periodic store inventories and maintains a clean, well-stocked appearance.
• Ensures profitability and adherence to company policies during all operations.
• Avoids conflicts of interest and ensures harassment-free workplace.
