Job summary

Athleta is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-performing store team and drive profitable sales in Raleigh. You will align brand vision with in-store execution, coach associates, and manage operations to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

You will oversee Customer Operations, Merchandising, Product Operations, and talent development while modeling inclusive leadership and community involvement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail experience leading others
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and employees

Responsibilities

• Analyze results, identify opportunities and drive KPIs with leadership
• Forecast and schedule to drive profitable sales
• Manage store budget for daily operations in support of the P&L
• Build and develop a high-performing team
• Coach and provide feedback on performance
• Lead SOPs and initiatives
• Create an inclusive environment
• Maximize efficiencies and productivity
• Perform Service Leader duties
• Represent the brand and monitor competitors
• Promote community involvement
• Leverage OMNI to deliver a frictionless customer experience
• Ensure compliance standards are met
