Job summary

Domino’s is seeking a General Manager to oversee the daily operations of a single store in a fast-paced environment. You will provide leadership, ensure food safety and profitability, and foster an inclusive team culture.

A minimum of one year GM experience is required, along with strong cost management and people development skills. Knowledge of POS systems and ATS is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year GM experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record preferred.
