Job summary

Domino's is seeking a General Manager for a corporate store location. You will oversee daily store operations, lead a team, ensure profitability and food safety, and drive customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong leadership, cost management, and ability to recruit and develop staff. Prior GM experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred. Benefits included and career growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of prior General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.).
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of a single Domino’s store.
• Provide leadership and supervision; ensure operational standards, food safety, and profitability.
• Create an inclusive and engaged work environment.
• Lead cost management and adherence to procedures.
• Recruit, retain and develop store staff; train and coach team members.
• Operate and troubleshoot POS and related store technology.
