Job summary

Domino’s General Manager position oversees daily store operations and provides overall leadership within a single Domino’s location. The role focuses on achieving profitability, maintaining food safety standards, and fostering an inclusive, engaged team culture.

Qualified candidates will have 1+ year GM experience in a fast-paced service setting, strong cost control skills, and the ability to lead, recruit, and develop staff while leveraging POS/ATS technology.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record preferred.
