Job summary

Domino's Pizza is seeking a General Manager to oversee the daily operations of a single Domino’s store and provide leadership to the store team. You will be accountable for achieving operational standards, food safety, profitability and fostering an inclusive, engaged environment.

Responsibilities include leading the team, managing costs, recruiting and developing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service while utilizing store technology such as POS and ATS.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year GM experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.).
