Domino’s is seeking a General Manager to oversee the daily operations of a single Domino’s store in the United States. You will provide leadership, ensure profitability, and uphold food safety while creating an inclusive and engaged environment for your team.

As GM, you will drive customer service excellence, manage cost controls, and lead recruitment and development of staff. The role requires strong operations knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot POS/ATS systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS).
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards preferred.
