You will recruit, retain and develop staff, manage costs, and drive strong customer service while ensuring operational excellence and Safe use of POS/ATS technology.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a single Domino’s store with strong leadership.
