Domino's is seeking a General Manager to lead a single Domino's store, driving daily operations and delivering excellent customer service. You will oversee staff, ensure safety standards, manage costs, and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

The role requires hands-on leadership, experience in fast-paced service, and the ability to train and develop team members while maintaining profitability and quality. This is a full-time on-site position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards preferred.
