You will oversee budgeting, inventory, safety, and maintenance while ensuring strong financial results. This full-time role offers benefits, retirement, and growth opportunities, with competitive compensation of $48k–$56k plus incentives.

• Will ingness to oversee daily store operations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt guest service and resolve complaints.
• Manage inventory control and cost of goods.
• Oversee budgeting, sales forecasts, and P/L performance.
• Supervise and train teammates, including scheduling and evaluations.
• Maintain and repair store facilities and POS system.
• Ensure safety policies and regulatory compliance.
• Open and close the store and handle cash controls.
