Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead store operations and drive guest satisfaction. As AGM, you’ll share responsibility for revenue growth, coaching the team, and ensuring service excellence in a fast-paced auto care environment.

You will work closely with the General Manager, manage inventory, budgeting support, and daily store meetings. The role requires retail leadership experience and a guest-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership ability to inspire diverse teams.
• Understanding of retail business and sales growth concepts.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth with GM through guest count and core sales metrics.
• Lead and coach teammates using internal training program.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and store operations.
• Ensure quality controls and a safe, clean service center.
• Open/close duties and budget/sales forecasting support.
• Conduct daily team huddles and store meetings.
