Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous guest service and resolve issues.
• Maintain inventory control and manage cost of goods, ordering and receiving.
• Oversee budgeting, sales forecasts, and P/L performance.
• Supervise store operations, scheduling, training and performance reviews.
• Open/close the store and manage daily paperwork.
• Ensure cash controls and collaborate with Loss Prevention.
