Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience; Professional automotive experience is not required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership capable of motivating diverse teams.
• Solid business sense with retail industry understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to align on goals.
• Assist GM with budgeting, sales forecasts and expense controls.
• Coach and develop teammates through internal training programs.
• Ensure quality control, inventory, cash handling, and guest issue resolution.
