Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube in Hopkins, MN is seeking a General Manager I for a full-time role with a competitive $46,000–$54,000 annual salary as part of a comprehensive benefits package. The GM will lead training and supervision of store teammates, oversee operations, budgeting, and safety compliance, and drive guest satisfaction in a dynamic service environment.

• Experience managing a retail/service team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and P/L impact.
• Commitment to safety, policy adherence, and quality guest experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt guest service and resolve guest issues.
• Oversee store budgeting, sales forecasts, and P/L performance.
• Maintain building, equipment, and grounds; manage HVAC, lighting, and maintenance.
• Supervise and train teammates; schedule and conduct performance reviews.
• Open/close the store and handle daily paperwork and cash controls.
• Ensure safety, security, and environmental compliance across the facility.
