RaceTrac in the United States is seeking a high-energy General Manager to lead a busy store, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll oversee up to 45 employees, develop a winning culture, and execute strategies that translate into strong performance.

You’ll recruit, train, and mentor teams, monitor daily operations, and uphold food safety and service standards while ensuring payroll accuracy and efficient scheduling.

• Ability to analyze business metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial reporting.
