RaceTrac is seeking a General Manager in the United States to lead a fast‑paced, guest‑focused store. You will supervise up to 45 employees, develop strategies to improve profitability, and coach your team to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail, food service, or restaurant management experience (high-volume preferred).
• Strong leadership, coaching and team-building skills.
• Ability to analyze business metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of labor laws and staffing best practices.

Responsibilities

• Foster a guest-obsessed culture with exceptional guest interactions.
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members; prepare for growth opportunities.
• Provide continuous feedback, coaching, and performance management.
• Create a positive work environment where team members feel valued.
• Execute operational plans to meet sales, labor, and profitability goals.

• Oversee scheduling and payroll to ensure proper staffing levels.
• Lead safety, compliance with regulations, and brand standards.
