RaceTrac is seeking a General Manager to lead a high‑volume store with up to 45 employees. You will drive guest satisfaction, manage operations and labor, and develop a culture of excellence. The role emphasizes coaching, financial stewardship, and a proactive, servant‑leader mindset.

You will recruit and develop teams, monitor performance, and ensure safety and quality across all store activities. A dynamic, fast‑paced environment awaits with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail, food service, or restaurant management experience
• Strong leadership, coaching and team-building skills
• Ability to analyze business metrics and make data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial reporting
• Knowledge of labor laws and staffing best practices
