Job summary

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® is seeking a General Manager in Southern California to lead daily operations and guest experiences at a busy café. You will coach staff, manage performance, and uphold CBTL’s standards for quality beverages and friendly service.

You will drive profitability, ensure safety, and mentor an Assistant General Manager while fostering a community presence and teamwork across the store. Experience in cafe leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a cafe or retail team.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive profitability, service, performance and operational excellence through coaching and training.
• Be a coffee & tea expert and share passion with team and guests to deliver a Total Quality Experience.
• Generate new guests and foster store growth and engagement with the local community.
• Ensure a safe store environment and prioritize health of employees and guests.
• Manage store day-to-day operations, oversee risk, and support growth initiatives.
