Job summary

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in California is seeking an Assistant General Manager to curate memorable experiences for guests and the CBTL team daily. • Lead by example by driving sales and service performance through coaching and training.
• Be a coffee & tea expert; share passion and training with team and guests.

• Maintain safety and a healthy store environment as top priority.
• Assist the General Manager to run a profitable store by tracking sales and day-to-day operations.
• Oversee visual merchandising and product placement to create memorable guest experiences.
• Serve as the face of CBTL to attract and retain fresh talent in the community.
