Job summary

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Assistant General Manager role invites a passionate leader to mentor the team, drive sales, and deliver memorable guest experiences. As a barista-turned-manager you will coach, train, and develop staff; oversee daily operations; ensure safety and quality while creating inviting store environments and community connections.

Responsibilities

Lead by example and drive sales and service through coaching and training.
Be a coffee & tea expert; share passion and knowledge with team and guests.
Generate new guests and engage with local community to grow store traffic.
Care about safety; maintain safe store environment and wellbeing of staff and guests.
Assist the General Manager to manage a profitable store by tracking sales and overseeing day-to-day operations.
Be Creative with visual merchandising and product placement to enhance guest experiences.
Act as the face of CBTL to build store presence locally and attract talent.
