The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and a strong customer-focused mindset. The position requires overseeing all aspects of the store, including safety, sanitation, and environment, with travel 0-10% and full US work authorization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in QSR or retail environment in a management capacity.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school or GED.
• Ability to work all necessary work schedules, including holidays/weekends.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Travel Requirements: 0-10%.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a role model for customer-first behaviors according to company standards.
• Build a team of customer-focused employees through coaching and performance management.
• Ensure all products meet Krispy Kreme quality standards and guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Ensure store property is in good working condition.
• Direct and manage store sales efforts, including Hot Light times, retail sales, fundraising, and suggestive selling.
• Achieve business plan objectives and profitability per store plan and financial goals.
• Promote store safety and sanitation.
