Job summary

RPM Pizza, the largest Domino’s franchise in the United States, is seeking a General Manager In Training at 2522 E. Washington Street in Indianapolis.

This full-time role leads a team, drives customer service, product quality, and local store marketing while upholding RPM standards. You’ll build and coach a team, manage inventory, scheduling, and safety, and work 40+ hours weekly with bonus opportunities and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and a 401K.

Qualifications

• GMITO Class completed or equivalent and store-ready AM4.
• Pass background and drug tests.
• Proven track record in high-volume store leadership.
• Proficient math and technology skills.
• Must be AM4 or prior GM with DM approval.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team while upholding RPM standards.
• Coach and monitor safety and security policies.
• Develop team through RPM Training tools and on-the-job coaching.
• Adhere to RPM, Domino’s, and state health code standards.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, customer service, and staffing.
• Control sales, inventory and labor to achieve profits.
• Ensure daily product, service and image standards.
• Work 40+ hours per week.
