Global Partners LP is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations, inspire a team, and ensure Guest experiences reflect the Global brand promise. You will drive sales, profitability, staffing, training, compliance, and community involvement in a hands-on leadership capacity.

With 5+ years in retail/hospitality management, you will champion safety, quality, and guest service while managing labor and inventory. Expect a dynamic, fast-paced environment that rewards initiative and excellence.

Qualifications

• ServSafe or other approved Food Safety Certification within 90 days.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• Strong business acumen with ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to foster teamwork and resolve conflict effectively.
• Tech-savvy and proficient with POS systems, reporting tools, and standard office software.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Inspire, develop, and empower management and associate teams to deliver exceptional Guest service and operational performance.
• Recruit, train, and retain high-performing team members who embody the brand’s values.
• Oversee all store operations, ensuring adherence to policies, brand standards, and safety.
• Drive financial performance by managing labor, inventory, and costs; analyze reports for improvements.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive workplace and foster community engagement.
