Global Partners is hiring a General Manager to lead our Coxsackie-area store, driving revenue, staff development, and guest satisfaction. You’ll oversee daily operations, safety, merchandising, and community engagement while upholding brand standards.

In this hands-on role, you’ll coach a diverse team, manage schedules and budgets, and partner with culinary and merchandising teams to deliver best-in-class service and a welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• ServSafe certification within 90 days of employment.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive retail/restaurant/hospitality management.
• Strong leadership, operations, and financial performance.
• Ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
