Job summary

Banana Republic in Fort Lauderdale seeks a General Manager to lead the store team and deliver a profitable business plan that meets or exceeds goals. You will align the brand vision with in-store execution, driving sales through Customer Operations, Merchandising, Product Operations and talent development.

You will coach behaviors to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build high-performing teams across all store functions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail leadership experience.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees.
• Ability to work flexible schedule and travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze results and collaborate with leadership to drive KPIs.
• Forecast and schedule to drive profitable sales.
• Manage store budget to support the P&L.
• Build productive teams through hiring and development.

• Perform Service Leader duties.
