Job summary

Banana Republic is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations, drive profitable sales, and mentor a high-performing team. You will bridge the brand vision with store execution across Customer Operations, Merchandising, Product Operations, and talent development, delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

You will coach staff, manage budgets, and implement SOPs while promoting an inclusive environment and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail experience leading others.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and employees.
• College degree preferred.
• Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stock room, and office; lift/carry up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including travel, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales through forecasting and scheduling.
• Manage store budget for daily operations in support of the P&L.

• Leads the implementation and execution of all SOPs and initiatives.
