Job summary

Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands is seeking a General Manager for our Titlemax location in Appleton, WI. You will lead daily store operations, coach staff, build revenue, and ensure compliance while delivering top-tier customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years in a supervisory/leadership role in retail, finance, service or related fields.
• Operations leadership experience and ability to coach staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with phones, POS and MS Office; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store performance and meet or exceed company standards.
• Lead and develop team; train on systems, standards, and performance reports.
• Identify local marketing strategies and community events to drive growth.
• Review loan/pawn applications, assess risk, ensure compliance.
• Maintain store security, cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Schedule staff and manage workloads to ensure optimal coverage.
• Handle complex customer issues with professionalism.
