Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit needs.
• Assess risk and process loan/pawn and check cashing transactions.
• Conduct daily campaigns to market services and build relationships.
• Oversee account management and collections with strong customer service.
• Maintain POS data accuracy and provide coaching when applicable.
• Support store operations, opening/closing procedures, and audits.
