Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail, food service, or restaurant management experience (high-volume preferred).
• Strong leadership, coaching and team-building skills.
• Ability to analyze business metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of labor laws and staffing best practices.

Responsibilities

• Effectively execute the RaceTrac store plan to ensure brand consistency and guest experience.
• Foster a Guest-Obsessed culture and mentor team members for growth.
• Manage store operations to meet sales, labor, and profitability goals.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and store expenses to optimize financial results.
• Lead storewide training and development for Co-Managers and Shift Managers.
• Monitor vendor relationships and maintain compliance with policies.
