Responsibilities

• Leads staffing, sales, merchandising, operations, and overall store functions.
• Oversees achievement of financial goals including revenue, margin, and expense control.
• Hires, trains, and develops a diverse team of managers and associates.
• Ensures customer satisfaction and inventory integrity.
• Manages receiving paperwork, inventory documentation, and order fulfillment.
