Job summary

Old Navy in California seeks a General Manager to lead a store team, deliver a profitable business plan, and translate the brand vision into everyday store life. You will drive sales growth across operations, merchandising, product operations and talent development while coaching your team toward a best-in-class customer experience.

You will analyze results, forecast and schedule, manage the budget, build strong teams, and ensure all procedures and compliance standards are met.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail experience leading others.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and employees.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze results, identify opportunities and drive KPIs with leadership.
• Forecast and schedule to drive profitable sales.
• Manage store budget to support the P&L.
• Build productive teams through hiring and development.
• Coach performance and provide feedback.
• Lead SOPs and ensure compliance while delivering an inclusive environment.
