The role requires 3–5 years of retail leadership, strong communication, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. You will coach teams and ensure a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail experience leading others.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results and communicate with customers and employees.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; able to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze results with leadership to drive KPIs and forecast sales.
• Drive profitable sales through forecasting and scheduling; manage store budget.
