Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a General Manager in Vacaville to lead store teams toward a profitable business plan and exceptional customer service. You will drive sales growth across customer operations, merchandising, product operations, and talent development, coaching staff to deliver a best-in-class experience.

You will manage budgets, forecast demand, and optimize scheduling while ensuring compliance and brand alignment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail leadership experience.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results.
• Strong communication with customers and employees.
• College degree preferred.
• Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stock room, and office; lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze results and drive KPIs with leadership collaboration.
• Forecast and schedule to drive profitable sales.
• Manage store budget to support the P&L.
• Build and develop highly productive teams.
• Coach and provide feedback on performance.

• Ensure all compliance standards are met.
