Trulieve is seeking a General Manager in Crestview, FL to lead store personnel, manage inventory, and drive key performance metrics. The role focuses on regulatory compliance and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-growing cannabis retail environment.

Responsibilities include strategizing service standards, visual merchandising, coaching a 40+ team, and maintaining strong partner relationships while ensuring compliant operations across all store activities.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, four years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customerservice area is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Must possess the ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff.
• Able to communicate in conversational English with customers and team members, operate electronics equipment, and understand safety procedures.
