Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations, oversee inventory, and drive service standards while ensuring regulatory compliance. The role reports to the Area Manager and manages 40+ staff in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; four years related experience and/or training
• Prior management experience in retail and/or customer service is a plus
• Must have prior cash handling experience
• Ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism with all levels of management and staff
• Able to communicate in conversational English with customers and team members; operate scanners and printers

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and sales
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state regulations
• Communicate and update employees on SOPs
• Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring/training needs
• Provide coaching and development to the team
• Monitor and maintain store inventory
• Handle patient issues and escalate when needed
• Maintain professional relationships with partners
• Schedule within labor budget to meet store needs
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance
• Perform other tasks assigned by management
