Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead a busy retail store, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service. The GM will oversee Professional Customer relationships and DIY sales, while guiding a team to execute store processes and safety standards.

The role requires 50–55 hours weekly on a 5–6 day schedule with rotating nights and weekends. ASE readiness and strong automotive knowledge are beneficial.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience managing a team of 10–20 in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven experience managing profitability and financial metrics.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships and sales.
• Hire, develop, coach, and schedule store Team Members.
• Ensure inventory and operational standards are met.
