Job summary

Vuori, Inc. is seeking a Retail General Manager in Costa Mesa to lead the retail sales team by example, embodying Vuori’s brand values through product knowledge and a positive attitude.

You will create unforgettable customer experiences, guide the team to meet sales goals in a commission environment, and oversee inventory, merchandising, and store operations with a focus on safety and punctuality.

Qualifications

• Available for 8 hour shifts, 5 days/week, at least 1 weekend day.
• Must be a leader in punctuality and attendance.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Customer service expert, creates experiences and develops relationships.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes.

Responsibilities

• Create an unforgettable customer experience.
• Works with the sales team to ensure each customer receives the best experience.
• Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide feedback on merchandise style and fit.
• Forge lasting relationships with customers via follow-ups and events.
• Be knowledgeable on new and best-selling products and share with customers and team.
• Motivates sales team and achieves sales goals in a commission environment.
• Leads in project completion while focusing on customer experience.
• Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
• Leads shipments processing and inventory management.
• Daily store maintenance including restocking, merchandising and re-ticketing.
• Ensure opening/closing protocols and safety standards; maintain punctuality.
• Encourage employees to give 100% and uphold role responsibilities.
