Vuori is redefining athletic apparel with a casual, coastal California lifestyle. The Retail General Manager leads the store team, delivering Vuori’s brand values through product knowledge and an upbeat attitude.

You’ll curate unforgettable customer experiences and guide the team to prioritize service on the sales floor. Responsibilities include inventory management, teamwork with the Regional Manager, and driving sales while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Available morning or evening shifts; 8-hour shifts, 5 days/week, at least 1 weekend day.
• Must be a punctual, reliable leader with strong attendance.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Customer service expert, creates experiences and develops relationships.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative.
• Eager to develop new skills and respond to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Create an unforgettable customer experience.
• Own the sales floor and lead the team to prioritize customer experience.
• Prepare fitting rooms, assist with sizes and provide knowledgeable feedback.
• Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up and events.
• Stay informed on new products and best sellers; share knowledge with customers and team.
• Motivate the sales team to achieve goals in a commission-based environment.
• Lead inventory handling and shipment processing; coordinate with regional manager.
