Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.

• Attending trainings (Academy trainings, Open Door, etc.) will be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by training and listening to associates.
• Ensure customer service excellence following the One Best Way model.
• Drive store financial performance including budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Coordinate with store leaders to implement business initiatives and change efforts.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory flow, and store operations to prevent shrink.
