Job summary

Walmart Inc. in North Richland Hills, TX seeks a store leader to guide and develop teams, coach associates, and drive store performance. You will implement open-door principles, ensure excellent customer service, and lead initiatives in merchandising, operations, and community programs.

You will hire, train, and mentor hourly associates, set clear expectations, and help build a culture of belonging while safeguarding ethics and integrity across store operations.

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
• For facilities that sell firearms, a firearms-specific CBC and training may be required, and state eligibility requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by coaching, training, and active listening to associates.
• Drive store financial performance by budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses while ensuring sales goals.
• Ensure customer service excellence and resolve issues using the One Best Way (OBW) model.
