Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Seasonal Guest Experience Lead for Forum Shops at Caesars in Las Vegas. You will lead on-floor guest interactions, deliver technical product education, and drive store performance through guest experience and team achievement of sales targets.

You will participate in hiring, provide coaching, and foster an inclusive, collaborative environment to support both guests and team members. This role emphasizes leadership on the floor and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution, navigating difficult conversations).
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above.
• For Experiential stores with food/beverage service only: Food safety and/or liquor service certification

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver the lululemon guest experience framework.
• Provide technical product education and assist guests when needed.
• Oversee store readiness and open/close procedures.
• Review daily data to track sales progress and motivate the team.
• Participate in hiring process and onboarding; provide feedback and coaching.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment.
