Job summary

Lush is seeking a Floor Leader for our Boulder Pearl Street store to drive sales, lead a team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will coach Sales Ambassadors, manage store operations, and promote brand values while ensuring a fun, productive environment.

On the shop floor you’ll mentor staff, analyze sales results, open/close procedures, and foster DEIB, ethical buying, and skincare passion across the team to keep standards high and customers delighted.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving skills related to customer service in day-to-day operations.
• Experience working in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business practices.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
