Job summary

Lush in Boulder, CO is hiring a Part Time Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team across all areas of the business. You will drive sales, coach a team on the shop floor, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while maintaining operational excellence.

You will lead by example, foster a positive work environment, educate customers on our brand values, and develop staff through training and feedback. Flexible hours include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving issues related to customer service in day-to-day operations.
• A fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Driving Sales: Use dashboard results to coach the sales team and optimize shop floor structure to meet goals.
