• Manages merchandise standards and execution, including pricing and signing processes.
• Trains and coaches associates on omnichannel processes and store operations.
• Leads specialty businesses and merchandising moves to drive sell-through.
• Develops staff, addresses performance, and participates in talent sourcing.
• Ensures adherence to shrink, safety, and attendance standards.
